Should you choose to use this as your free host, please note that you can not use an FTP client to upload any content. Pictures are the only allowed files.
As well the forum isn't worth the time to set up. Better to use phpBB like I do at my regular site listed in the main text area above.
If you want a place to upload a picture for your MySpace account, this is a good place to host and launch them from.
As a business related site, the templates are few and far between, but some of them are customizable to use your own logo or banner. In the forums of the host is the size requirements.
One thing to keep in mind is that as a free host, you will find many annoyances and little support.
